Shipping Policy

What are the free shipping minimums?

You can select free shipping at checkout when you reach the following order amount:

$250 - Free Ground UPS - Domestic USA Only
$500 - Free Next Day UPS - Domestic USA Only
$500 - Free International UPS - All other destinations  

Has my order shipped? How do i track my order?

View your shipments here or visit you account page and click Account Shipments under Customer Connect.  From there you can select a shipment and view the tracking numbers. Click the tracking number to have them open on the UPS website and view the current status. Orders placed by 14:00 PST / PDT (Pacific Time), Monday - Friday and in stock, ship same day.  

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? 

View your order page here or visit you account page and click Account Orders under Customer Connect. Select the order you would like to cancel and click the return button to the top right. Select the all the items on you order and return them.

My order never arrived.

View your shipments here or visit you account page and click Account Shipments under Customer Connect and confirm that it shipped. From there you can select a shipment and view the tracking numbers. Click the tracking number to have them open on the UPS website and view the current status. Confirm that the item has delivered. If it is marked deliver contact Handpiece Headquarters and we can review the status with you.

An item is missing from my shipment.

View your order page here or visit you account page and click Account Orders under Customer Connect. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

Contact Handpiece Headquarters and we will review the inquiry.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
