Handpiece Headquarters and Customer agree that the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth shall govern the relationship between Handpiece Headquarters and the Customer. Customer acknowledges and accepts all such terms and conditions by placing an order for goods with Handpiece Headquarters, and upon Customer's receipt of Handpiece Headquarters' invoice enclosed with items delivered to Customer, or upon Customer's receipt of Handpiece Headquarters' credit memorandum or statement, whichever occurs first. PRICE POLICY Prices are subject to change periodically without notice based on product availability and market conditions.

For your convenience, we provide several payment alternatives. We accept payment via wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Diner’s Club), PayPal, and money order. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. All sales are subject to our normal terms and conditions.
All sales are subject to credit approval.
Open Accounts Receivable: All unpaid accounts receivable past due are subject to a 1.5% finance charge. Discount and Rebate Disclosure You may have earned a discount or rebate (“discount”) or a right to a discount on purchased items or services. The amount of any such discount will be separately identified either on the respective purchase invoice or statement or on a separate invoice or statement. Offer valid on our full array of products. Upon any request by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or other payer, you must report the value of any benefit received from a discount program (e.g., points redemptions, gifts or other special awards).

All Shipments
If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., please refer to the International Terms & Conditions below. Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper’s Dock ("Ex Works" outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper’s dock.
Continental U.S.
All orders will be subject to a fuel/handling charge. This charge includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services and hazardous material shipments. Special orders are subject to additional freight charges.
Alaska, Hawaii & Pacific Protectorates
Standard shipping methods provide direct, reduced cost, expedited air delivery service to all accounts in Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in the Pacific Protectorates are offered direct surface transport, or postal services, for reliable delivery. No additional surcharges apply, except when special services are requested. Low-level hazardous items (dangerous goods in accepted quantities and Consumer Commodity ID 8000) are now available via UPS 2nd day air.
Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Trust Territories & Virgin Islands
All orders will be subject to a handling charge. This charge includes freight through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Special delivery orders and hazardous material shipments can be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS) for an additional charge.
Outside U.S.
If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., please refer to the International Terms & Conditions below

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To arrange for a return, simply call or email our Customer Service department. The following conditions must be complied with:

• A return authorization number must be included with all returned merchandise.
• All products must be returned in their original package in a clean and sellable condition.
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem. Please list the product(s) returned and detail the reason for the return on the reverse side of the invoice. Ship the product(s) properly boxed.
• Returned product(s) must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to receive credit (if applicable).
• Shipping charges will apply on all returns.

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

• All CLEARANCE item purchases are final and returns will not be accepted for any reason.
• Opened or used product or equipment may not be returned for credit.
• Custom-ordered product or equipment. Before opening equipment, we suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to ensure that you are getting exactly what you ordered. Defective equipment will be covered under the Handpiece Headquarters warranty.

DELIVERY TERMS All Shipments: Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shippers Dock ("Ex Works" outside North America). Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shippers dock.

Shipping
We offer our customers discounted rates for using UPS Worldwide Express. Should you prefer to ship via US Postal Service or another courier, please make that request at the time of your order and we will inform you of the availability of that service.

The customer is required to notify Handpiece Headquarters of the part number, description, quantity, and return reason of all product being prepared for return. Upon receipt of this information, Handpiece Headquarters will prepare and provide an “American Goods Returned” form (when required) that must be included with the returned items. Shipping costs for returned product are the responsibility of the customer.
For warranty returns we require that you include your invoice to the customer, the original invoice from us, and the defective/damaged product for inspection. If this procedure is not followed, the date of our invoice to you is used as the start date for the warranty. For all other returns, product must be in new, unused condition or in an unopened package and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
