Dental Turbines
How does laser balancing work?
Completely computer controlled, the laser is synchronized with the balancing system in order to remove the material in a control operation taking less than 1 minute to perform versus the manual process to remove material
What is Laser Ablation?
Laser Ablation is the process of removing material from the point of imbalance by irradiating it with a laser beam. At low laser flux, the material is heated by the absorbed laser energy and evaporates
How do I know if my turbine is laser balanced?
The balance marks have a distinctively unique square shape in appearance. Balance measurements are performed at higher speeds up to 100,000 rpm for ultrafine balance to help.
